We are writing today to share a wonderful experience with your Technician Noah. On a cross country trip we had a tire blowout that caused some damage and we just happened upon your shop. Noah demonstrated excellent creativity and a tremendous work ethic in helping us get our tire replaced and getting back on the road. Was driving through the area at night when I had a tire go flat and develop two bubbles on it. Spent the night in a rest stop and in the morning came in and explained the situation. NOT ONLY did they give me a ride to and from my van to figure out what tire I needed (I’m not a car guy) in below 50 degree weather (I was in shorts and a tshirt at the time), but when they didn’t have the right tire, they looked up what places nearby had it, went and picked up the tire, AND PUT IT ON all with excellent service. Blew a tire on my semi trailer limped it to the shop and they got to me right away with Great service! Extremely friendly & such fun staff! Highly recommend this shop! Definitely
Very happy with the level of service....had an air valve go bad on tractor. They didn't have the part, they had a mechanic drive to Effingham to pick it up. All but 4 hours there and back for a part that took 10 minutes to install. Very pleased with Krystian the manager and Michael who was the mechanic. Thanks guys.
