Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced involving companies operating inside Truck Stops. My truck’s batteries died after I left the fridge on while parked at Pilot right adjacent to Tire Mart. I approached this guys and they said i must pay on-road-service-call charges of $140 plus $86 for jump starting!!!! TA charges &46. Tire Mart should just operate out there somewhere not inside a Truck Stop.
Great service. Very professional. I had a PM and tire repair completed. Absolutely satisfied.
