Mannnnn... I come through here every so often. This eagles landing pilot, used to have a shop called wingers, which Southern tire Mart took over. Freshly remodeled, super clean, and everybody here especially the ladies up front are so so nice! I came in here to get an inspection for the company I'm leased on to. I'm doing a trade of equipment, so they pulled me in to do my inspection. Chad was my technician. Man, this guy knows his stuff, and with all the text I've dealt with in my day, he's one of the best. Professional hard working people. Replaced bad tire with my spare one. Gone in 30 minutes. This is the way you work with a customer, not like Speedco with all the lies and hours of waiting.
Once, sometimes twice a week I drive from West Des Moines to Omaha or Blair on I80 to see grandchildren. I was driving back home last night, April 7th, and just after I passed Avoca around 9pm I hit something and my rear tire started deflating quickly. After a very painful 45 minutes wasted with AAA who had no one to dispatch to assist me, I took matters into my own hands. After sitting at Loves for 4 hrs for a simple flat repair due to fleet management services (dispatch) I called here and they got me in and out in 45 mins with the repair done !! Dont bother with Loves
What a great group in here, good people. Needed alternator did parts run to get it opened my hood belt broke and belt tensioner blew out did a parts run for me. I did the work myself but what a good experience. It seemed like they genuinely cared don't get that much these days.
