Hey guys, thanks for helping me out. Was having a pretty rough day had a blowout in the heart of Council Bluff, Iowa J came by he saw me he stayed made sure I was safe and he had a surprise that I needed to keep me rolling. I was involved in an accident on the Interstate and needed my car towed. Called these folks and they responded with a tow truck in a timely manner. The driver, S. Sabo, got my vehicle on the trailer and towed quickly and safely. I hope circumstances don't require me to need their services again but, I will call them if that were to happen.
We had a wheel bearing go out on our pickup truck alongside i-80 on a Thursday evening before a holiday. Sabo from Southern Tire Mart came right out and picked us up. Chad found the parts (entire front wheel assembly) and directed his team to get us fixed and on our way that same evening. Amazing professionalism, care and ability. I highly recommend this team from Southern Tire Mart! Thanks everyone!
Highly recommend this shop. Trustworthy people that go out of their way to help. I was stranded with a blown tire and a spare that had the wrong sized lug nuts. My AAA towed me here and the employee in charge took his personal vehicle to find me the lug nuts i needed to mount my spare tire. It's hard to find people like this in today's world. I'll never forget my experience here. 10/10 would have my vehicle worked on here again!
So.i said ill never use stm of pikot again in my life of trucking due to a bad experience with a tire warranty that blew less than 3 days after getting it installed. We'll i it my pride and stopped in here for a full service pm and lord howdy im glad I didn't let one bad apple kill the tree because these guys here are top notch hard working dependable Americans... thanks for the job well done and going above and beyond for me on this pm I appreciate it to the fullest....
