Highly recommend this shop. Trustworthy people that go out of their way to help. I was stranded with a blown tire and a spare that had the wrong sized lug nuts. My AAA towed me here and the employee in charge took his personal vehicle to find me the lug nuts i needed to mount my spare tire. It's hard to find people like this in today's world. I'll never forget my experience here. 10/10 would have my vehicle worked on here again!
After being stranded for 2 hours waiting for AAA and them having to call a tow, I thankfully found Southern Tire Mart and they fixed my Splash Guard that Valvoline screwed on backwards AND didn’t have the right screws. Chance at Southern Tire Mart fixed it sooo fast and was so nice and helpful and answered all questions! Will be taking my car to get my oil changed there from now on!!! So so thankful to have found them!
USAA offered us an appointment for the next morning. STM showed up and changed the tire on our travel trailer as soon as he could . Great service on a Mother’s Day afternoon
Our brakes failed on Friday. The team at STM kicked as$ for us. While the parts took a while to get (weekend) they helped us in every way they could. Highly recommended.
If you say you’re going to see someone and fix their problem Than do it, rather than never showing up and making me wait until the next morning
