I was traveling down I-80. I stopped and noticed I was having air problems with my trailer. I stopped by another shop and they told me they could look at me in an hour. Well 4 and half hours later I was still sitting there. I called southern tire mart and told the gentleman who answered the phone what I had going on. He told no problem we can look at it for you and we currently don’t have a wait. Pulled me right in a mechanic jumped right on it. I most definitely will be back. Got leaking coolant reservoir on freightliner Cascadia 2017 . Mechanic at the shop pulled me in and within an hour reservoir was changed, pressure checked and back on road. New building, professional and friendly communication.
I am traveling down I80 and had some wiring issues on my enclosed trailer short out my turn signal and brake lights. Pulled into the Pilot in North Platte to have the awesome guys at Southern Tire Mart take a look at it. Working on these smaller trailers are not usually their thing, but they figured it out quickly and had the new part put on and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Mike is awesome and figured it out fast
