I just stopped in here 10-14-25 and this place is awesome. Patrick and Cheyenne did an outstanding job. I must say she is one best tire techs I've seen in awhile, she was very quick and hard working. Both employees deserve 5 stars from me.
For starters they were supposed to open at 9am. Door didn’t open until 10:30. I got a recapped tire for $360. That tire lasted about an hour when I called them for help I was told it’ll be $1,000 for service. I ended rolling to the next town and getting it fixed. Now I just want my refund nothing else
Just WOW...I had the privilege of meeting perhaps the best tire tech/mechanic in my 19 years as an owner operator. This lady was hard working, expedient, knowledgeable and personable during a difficult repair 4 guys failed to handle the day before. I was literally stranded in Brady Texas for over 30 hours until she stepped up. Brady is NOT a place to ever be in need of parts or service for big rigs. The best experience i have ever had with any shop. My drive diff blow up and they took it in with no problem. After a very long story I decided to scare the truck Patrick and the rest of his crew took very good care of me. They updated me in a timely manner with what was going on. I can't say enough about that shop. I only wish I lived next to it so I could bring my new truck there. Top tier crew. 👌
I went in on my way to El Paso to get a tire fixed. The two guys there did me a solid and were very cool with me. They got me back on the road which I appreciated
