Great costumer service and very friendly. Quick in and out no wait and waist time. All filters in stock. Highly recommend instead of TA in Albuquerque always huge line and wait time and no oil and fuel filters. Thank you.
It’s a RIPOFF. On 3-9-25. I stopped by for oil change and one marker light not working, after agreed on the price for the oil change package they found out they did not have my fuel filter, I said no problem I have one the girl in front office, which really was not friendly at all said: if you use your own filter, then we have to charge you more money, That was A red flag for me, Because I didn’t ask for any discount for using my own filter since they didn’t have one. Checked in at 0750 am . Second truck to check in 3 1/2 hours later still waiting to get a call to come to the shop. These truck shops do not care about the drivers anymore. They get paid by the hour , so if they only work on two trucks all day they still make the same money. The people that pay their wages get treated the worse. This is just not the shop but the Pilot in general treats the drivers the same. So after a 4 hour wait they got me in the repairs took about 5 to 10 minutes and out the door I went. Sean is a great mechanic… He fixed my tire in about 30 mins. Very good service. Will be stopping by again.
No customer service here!! The guys working in the shop were kind and friendly however the big guy with the mustache that says he's the manager working the counter is about the rude nastiest guy I've had to deal with in quite a while!! Just a nasty rude person! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A LIAR!! Will never come back here and spend my money!! I don't understand! It free to be nice!
