Hey this shop did a fantastic job with my situation they are considered family from now on out.Anna and AJ to the back of the shop they held me down the 2 weeks me and my trainee was their. When my tank came in they got rite on it as a team as soon as I arrived not to mention they close @ 5pm they all stayed over just for me to get back on the road .I would recommend them over anybody when it comes to customer service knowledge of trucks and your best interest thanks yall very much! I stopped in here to get a tire fixed or replaced on my reefer trailer. I had a choice between here and the TA across the street. I'm so glad i came here. From the moment I walked in was greeted by the office lady and the manager AJ. Super friendly. They got me right into a bay, all the shop personal were friendly and very quick to assess the tire and get to work. They have a nice lobby to wait and clean restrooms. I highly recommend stopping here if you need to have some work done.
Aj (Manager) and Daniel & Henyo "Techs" at Tire Mart Limon,CO provided excellent service. They made the process simple, got me exactly what I needed, and were fair with pricing, no overcharging. Aj (Manager) is very polite, very professional, does his absolute best for the ability he has here with the new store, customer came in regarding a tire change but had aftermarket wheels, aj politely told him there is a big risk of scratching the wheels, but to not give up on this store as its still changing over. Also he gave me a great price and a reasonable good time matter for my trailer and an amazing discount with RTS. Deal with AJ, hes awesome.
I can't recommend these guys enough. We had a tire pressure sensor go off about 30 miles into a 750 mile drive on the day before Christmas Eve. As soon as we went inside, you could tell we were in good hands. AJ and Jordan were both extremely warm and friendly and immediately got us started. Daniel and David checked the tires for punctures and made sure pressure held steady, and determined that the sensor was malfunctioning. They got us back on the road quick and with no charge.
