I don't even know how to start off. Let me tell you, they run a tight ship here! Had an issue related to my inflation system for my trailer. Ended up being an odd piece called the Stator. Basically it is a hub. Not only did they get the part right after the holiday. They got it put in quickly, solving my issue. So my tire inflation light went off. Very unprofessional mechanics! Came here to do a PM service on my truck, after service was done my truck won’t start. It’s a brand new 2026 and it was the first oil change. And they started to scanning and diagnosing the truck for very very long time. I asked them why you guys are diagnosing my truck it’s a brand new truck and with the PM service it shouldn’t have any problems, but they couldn’t give me any good reason for that. I came to them on a Tuesday night right before closing, Kyrus & Nor had amazing customer service they assured that my problem would be handled and did just that. I would recommend them to anyone in the area in need!
The gentleman here don't mess around, they understood the assignment and got me back on the road in a very timely manner. HUGE shout out to "Nor" for the great attitude and customer service both times I've dealt with him.
Great Guys NED assisted and assured that he will handle tire issues and assess any even looked at others to make sure they were damaged and Road ready. Much appreciated to this team.
