I notice this place either has really good reviews or really bad reviews. This new place SOUTHERN TIRE MART ( not the old Goodyear) under new ownership and management has really stepped up and I mean really stepped up their game. Their professionalism and their motivation to do right by the customer is definitely worth 5 stars. Very bad place . I came here to change oil and went shower after 1 hour came back . They didn’t touch nothing. They saying we are looking for filters (1 hour) . I said no need filters oil change only (2 hours) bad place. Even road service guys came . Afro American guy is just playing. I think he is manager… worst place ever experienced
Bring landstar tráiler for air bag leaking, they take 2 days to replaced two air bag because said I was too rusty. In order to end up not installing it properly, they need to hire professional mechanics.
This is hands down the best shop. Dom, the manager went above and beyond. Worked on his own time. If you want an honest place to get your truck work done by professionals, come here. Cody, the tire king. We'll change a trailer tire in under an hour.
Man I had to write this review. Hands down there's no other tire shop, lube shop,our any other shop in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth our any place in Texas that has better service, better Mechanics ,(Joshua) to be Exect, by far an 5 star shop an Mechanic.
