I had an incident on Interstate 20, my tire was hit by a rod from a hot shot. I pulled over at the light right down the street from them on 1788. My spare was flat. My husband took the tire into the shop to see if the man working there at August 4 at 457pm could help us. We would have paid for the air. He stated he couldnt help at that very moment because he needed to do his invoices and it would be 20 to 30 minutes before he could air up the tire. He asked my husband if he was gonna wait. Booked an order for some tires about a week in advance. No one contacted me about the appointment not being a good time/day. Showed up for the appointment Saturday 8am and though maps and the sign on the door says that they open at 8am, they were closed. I stuck around til about 8:30 hoping that someone would would finally decide to show up to work but nada.. This is extremely unprofessional. Please update your hours if you don’t plan on operating within the hours advertised.

Here for a pm. Overall okay experience and quick service, provided they did everything accordingly and accurately. Colby the manager was courteous and helpful. The techs were courteous and knowledgeable with questions. As with everything nowadays though with everyone being as shady as possible for pure greed and ideological perversion, today was another example of "I have a hundred responsibilities and concerns today, and getting service done here is going to be another". The team at Goodyear in Midland have made some good improvements to the way business is handled. Limited staff, but they do a great job identifying the right fix for your problem. Great place to do business with. They have changed their hours to being open on Saturdays from 8 - 12 which is really convenient. Good business partner to have in the Permian Basin. I have never been treated so poorly. I called to get directions and all I got was rudeness on the phone. When I arrived and the employee who happens to be the general manager went to evaluate my tires he measured the tire tread depth. A standard practice. I started to state that there was wire exposed and that the tires were terrible worn to the inside and he abruptly stoped me and said well that due to the tires not being rotated and alignment don't tell me how to do my job.
