Had a trailer tire blow out near Winslow, Arizona. Was able to continue to Joseph City, Arizona where we had two tires replaced here. Service was above excellent and no wait.
these guys are great. I encourage any driver having any issues to come to this shop. Great customer service great guys here working they took care of me and got me back on the road.
My freightliner starter broke down at the parking lot of pilot and their mechanic refused to work on the starter at the parking lot by saying that not enough room for him to change it. Previous mechanic who replaced it was able to do it a year on ground. At the end i had to pay the tow company for couple of hundreds feet.
The guys at this location are top notch. They're friendly, got the job done quickly and were professional. Would highly recommend stopping here if you need some new tires.
I came to this shop on Saturday at 10:00 am. I had some problems with the air in my drive tyre. He refused and said, "we won't make much money on this. Go to the fuel pump and fill up with free air." The mechanic said , if you need your tyres changed, we will change them. I felt very bad that I wasted my time by coming here.
