Great location. Fast service. Went in for 4 drive tires and I was out within 1 hr. Only downside to Southern Tire Mart/ Pilot is you don't get points added to your rewards. But the timely fashion kind of overruled that. So if you guys are in this area and need tires or breaks please stop by. Everyone is nice also.
I recommend this place. David provided me a great mecanic insight and customer service. He got me in and out quick.
Went there for a wheel seal leaking on my truck. The mechanic repaired it with the same seal. I told him it called for a 2 piece seal but he didn’t listen to me. It lasted 2 days. I called the shop and told them about it and they told me that they would not warranty the work. Don’t have the shop work on any thing you need. I will take them to Court about this matter. The manager is a real A Hole.
Don't go to this shop unless u just need a tire. They took 4 hours to change my batteries & at the time I was the only truck there. Come to find out, the problem was the alternator, not the batteries. The owner of the truck told them he wanted the old batteries put back, but they refused. At first. Took a while, but he agreed only after saying we had to pay him to take them out. had to go right to another shop. I will be contacting corporate
5 star service , we needed a tire for our camper , they went above and beyond to help us out , we pulled in 20 minutes before their closing time and we got 4 new tires installed in and out within 45 minutes . And the best part ? Price - very reasonable. We are happy campers . Literally.
