When a customer comes it asking for tire balance, it’s their duty to notify or ask the customer what type of balancing they offer. I personally do not like the balancing beads because I have had bad experience with them just like many other people I know and have met on the road. They put beads without notifying me, I told them to take them out, the guy at the office wanted to blame me for not telling him. I was clear when I asked if they balanced wheels, he said yes. Adding beads doesn’t mean balancing !!!!
Terrible place, i want to check my tire pressure ONLY , and the manger tells me that i have to wait in line until 2 vehicles finish the full service that they are doing which they are changing tires , when i asked they said that this is ( Good year policy) , imagine you have to wait for 2 vehicles ahead of you that are replacing tires , till you come in line to just check your tire air pressure, and they will charge $30 for that !!!!!
Referred to this outfit by GoodYear down the road unable to service our motorhome ( after scheduling us night prior.) The gentlemen at this facility were extremely professional and efficient. The service tech was relentless in finding the source of our leaking tire, resolved it quickly and efficiently. We were there about an hour and had a bill less than $30. Unbelievable! Highly recommend this outfit!
They don’t deserve a star I been stuck on the side the road waiting for hours on hours off exit 44 down the street from this “business” was lied to saying they been in traffic since 10:41 am it’s 2:43 and I’m watching traffic flyyyy by terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible company! TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I came in for a j pro scan and Justin checked my cabin and air filter after other so called professional shops were supposed to check during PM but didn’t but because he checked them I purchased them and will be coming there from now on. Excellent customer service from Justin and very clean. Overall very well ran business.
