Zero stars if I have a chance to do that I came in to fix what I believed was a battery problem. The technicians told me they tested the batteries and that the batteries were good, but the alternator was the issue. I was quoted about $1,200 for parts and labor to replace the alternator. Although it seemed expensive, I felt I had no other option and approved the repair. After waiting 5–6 hours, I was told the repair was completed. Decent inventory potty staff. Receptionist had attitude, shift manager was to busy trying to tell me how wrong I was about anything I said to listen when I asked a question associated with the tires I bought. Remaining staff started huddled up with receptionist around a pickup in shop while one tech worked on everything else. Normally I like Southern tire Mart, do alot of business there. Never again here.

Air hose at pilot was draining my air out of my front tire. So I went around to have them. Air my tire back up and told me he couldn't do it because he was afraid of the rain, and there were four trucks in the shop he would have to have my truck into shop to air my front tire would not recommend these guys total waste of my time told me. Would be better to go someplace else. Worst customer service. I have seen in a long time.

Terrible place, i want to check my tire pressure ONLY , and the manger tells me that i have to wait in line until 2 vehicles finish the full service that they are doing which they are changing tires , when i asked they said that this is ( Good year policy) , imagine you have to wait for 2 vehicles ahead of you that are replacing tires , till you come in line to just check your tire air pressure, and they will charge $30 for that !!!!!

When a customer comes it asking for tire balance, it’s their duty to notify or ask the customer what type of balancing they offer. I personally do not like the balancing beads because I have had bad experience with them just like many other people I know and have met on the road. They put beads without notifying me, I told them to take them out, the guy at the office wanted to blame me for not telling him. I was clear when I asked if they balanced wheels, he said yes. Adding beads doesn’t mean balancing !!!!
