Pilot Southern tier mart worst tier place very unprofessional selling defective tires. I have purchased two steer Firestone tires on January 5, 2026 payed over $1600 less than 3 months later one of them blowed up on the freeway it coast me $1300 to replace the tier only. Plus what ever damage made to the truck. Now I came back to them they’re asking for the tier that blowed up on the freeway as I was driving told them the tier turned to peace’s they latterly kicked me out. Please don’t go to this shop . Few months ago I bought 2 Firestone steer tires for 1600$ with a 1 year warranty but it a BS And after 3 months tire blew up They’re selling a defective tires I reached out to them and they refused to take responsibility ( telling me that tires was impacted ) but I got a photos of it before it blew up
Were very helpful, nice, and quick getting my drivers tire replaced and also gave me fair pricing.
very unprofessional costumer service, bad tires. bought brand new firestone tire tire and blew up after 2 months.
