Austin was an amazing tech he should be head tech . I’m Goodyear had more like him they would corner the industry he fixed my wheel seal ASAP and I was out the door thanks so much. Ronnie was so helpful and he really made me feel valued with my truck and wheel seals because I was so upset about the prior experience that I went through, he really changed the dynamics of how I see Goodyear. I rolled in, within 3 minutes of going inside, i was pulling my truck in. They had me in and out in an hour and a half, for 2 tractor tire fixes, check and advise on the other 8, 1 trailer tire fix, check and advise the other 7. Quick and thorough for 18 tire inspection and a few fixes. Very professional and considering the type of work, clean! Thanks guys!
We picked up a large bolt in our almost new tire on a trip through Kentucky. We were right next door to Goodyear when we heard the tire thumping and pulled in to see if they could fix us up. Within 20 minutes They had put an impressive looking plug in the tire hole and got the tire back up to full pressure. They were Kind, Generous, and Efficient! Thank you So Much, Gentlemen! Nothing but Love, guys!!😊
This place is extremely overpriced, and their work is unreliable. They couldn’t even tighten the rim bolts properly — I had to check and fix it myself after they finished the job. From the moment they realize you need their service, their attitude becomes rude and disrespectful. If you have the option to go elsewhere, I strongly recommend doing so. It’s exhausting to deal with such unprofessional behavior, especially when you’re already stressed out with truck issues.
As only truckers know it can be devastating and stressful to have engine problems, thats why I SO very much appreciated the top notch service I received here. They went above and beyond to fix my truck (even my own company couldn't figure out what was wrong) but they fixed it in 5 minutes and didn't even charge for it. Thank you so much Goodyear!!
