If I could give negative stars I would. I'm at a lost for words with this location but I will advise don't be in a hurry and don't be of a different color. I checked in and was told I was next. While waiting in the lobby we all heard a loud bang from either a tire or air bag. We'll while I walked back to my vehicle that particular vehicle pulled up and they decided to pull him in instead of me. We are on a 19 hour road trip from Michigan to Florida, and unfortunately hit a nail at some point along the way. We called many different places, but James was the only one to offer assistance. We were in and out in minutes, and they were so incredibly kind. Highly recommend!!
Pretty awesome. Needed two tires replaced on my trailer. The thread was ripping off, to where I saw the tire wires.... Drove in, because saw no one in the dock. Glad I did. They pulled me right into the bay. Changed both tires (had used tires in stock, reasonably cheap too) All in all took about 1.5 hours. Anyway, highly recommend these guys. Great staff-got me in right away and fixed my issues Tim the manager was great to deal with, helped me out and Geoffrey repaired my truck to get me on the road right away. 5 stars, excellent experience and customer service
They most certainly will try to charge you for expensive parts that arent even necessary for the repair. Also, hitting me with a $150 “courier service” fee for having a part delivered to their store without ever mentioning that to me beforehand just seems like an out right scam. Truckers beware.
