Pretty awesome. Needed two tires replaced on my trailer. The thread was ripping off, to where I saw the tire wires.... Drove in, because saw no one in the dock. Glad I did. They pulled me right into the bay. Changed both tires (had used tires in stock, reasonably cheap too) All in all took about 1.5 hours. Anyway, highly recommend these guys. came passing through and we got a flat tire couldn’t find the air pump at pilot and we asked them if they could either exchange our tire or put on the donut tire and they helped us and we’re very nice and I definitely recommend going to them if you’re in a pinch.
My husband and I were on our way to Birmingham, from Indianapolis when the low-pressure tire alarm went off in the car. Fortunately, we were close to an exit since the pressure in the back tire kept decreasing. We saw the Goodyear Commercial Tire Center and pulled in. We knew they may not have a tire for our car, but at this point, the tire was completely flat. Tim the manager at this location left us speechless this morning. They took our truck in bay unfroze the brakes and check out everything on our trailer in no time and they didn’t want to charge us a dime.
I was truly a damsel in distress this morning traveling along I65 when my low tire pressure light alerted me. Traveling alone I decided to pull off at the next exit intending to find some helpful soul at Pilot…but instead there was the Goodyear Tire and Service Center at the same exit. Truly a beacon sent from God :) Jeff helped me out and added air to all tires/reassured me and sent me on my way. And he wouldn’t even accept any payment for doing such a good deed.
