7.8.2025 Had a 17.5" trailer tyre blow out about 15 miles out. Limped in to the Pilot and walked across the parking lot expecting to be stuck there for a day whilst they shipped in a tyre. Derek not only had the tyre, even with a really full schedule I was out within 2.5 hours. Definitely a professional experience.
Stopped by on 5/20/24 @ approximately 4:54 pm out of convenience having not remembered they were here. Was having a dry van trailer tire issue for about a week and a half and had been waiting to find a good quality Goodyear Commercial Tire facility in my travels. Commercial Tire Repair went above and beyond. We were traveling along I-75 and losing air in our tire. It was 8 degrees outside and found their business next to the Pilot truck stop. This happened at 7:30 am and we waited for them to open at 8:00. As soon as they arrived for their day, they said to drive right in and they diagnosed the problem. It was a faulty valve stem. Commercial Tire repaired it and we were quickly on our way. Thanks for all of your help!
Great place for tires, and general maintenance. Did a 3 axle for $125! The tire techs, and mechanic are well trained, and quick. If I could give them more than 5 🌟, I would. Great experience. 8/29/25 Had a bad 5th wheel in cab release valve, suspension air dump valve, interaxle differential lock valve. Went in with a new valve assembly. Jim and Matt got the old one out (no easy task), and the new one in, quick. I was back up and running in a few hours. They do good, quality work. This, is a quality shop.
General manager Derek Smith was a life saver! We got a screw in our tire on our way home from a road trip. We were losing pressure fast when we pulled over and found this shop. Derek was very kind, he took care of the problem quickly and had us safely back on the road in no time! Highly recommend!
