We applied for credit for this company we have a trucking company and they just denied us with no reason saying are companies based out of Minnesota but our trucks are running South Texas wow very unprofessional no customer service whatsoever it took him a year to get a response it's funny cuz we have multiple national accounts and we wanted to try to do business with this company but apparently they're not interested which is fine just want to warn all the people out there was trying to open up a commercial account to be ve... read more
Had my truck serviced at STM, but I won't reveal the location because everyone was so nice. They were so nice they even explained to me that OEM filters are marked up 20% and upcharged $75. So, $200 filters cost me $315. That's one fuel filter kit containing two filters, not every filter required for the service. I won't be using them in the future.
This companies employees seem to be entitled, to drive their delivery trucks through my private property , which is NOT an alley way nor a pass through, I've contacted the company before and still years later and yet still an everyday accurance, and has gotten me anywhere other than having damaged my asphalt further and pot holes from their actions, why cant they just DRIVE through and use the actual alley way and NOT my property
