On a 3000 mile trip to CA and ended up with a flat. Managed to get a spare on and found Southern Tire Mart after a quick google search. In and out in less than an hour and didn’t charge me anything for the repair. Technician also covered my leather seats before getting in, showing care for the customers vehicle. Good spot and good folks over here. Thank you for getting me back on the road!
Hit a pot hole, cut my tire. Of course it's a special tire. They said they had to order, I expect days. 830 am the next morning these guys call me to bring it in. Done in 40 minutes max. 100% satisfied. Couldn't have had a better experience. I felt very taken care of, they are very professional.
The guys there are excellent to work with. I had issues with a set of tires I bought from them a few years ago. They gave me a big adjustment on a new set of tires, BC of the low miles. I got the new tires, at an unbelievably good price. Also they do a good job in the front end shop. I will not go anywhere else, from now on.
I don't know what happened, because this used to be a very reliable place to have my tires serviced but after several bad experiences I will not be returning. I lost count but I think the final count was around 4-5 return trips to this Southern Tire location to have them correct a loose valve stem that they installed incorrectly. Traveling with our fifth wheel and got a nail in one of the tires. The staff at Southern Tire Mart in Scott, LA were fast and professional. Ricky was outstanding and they got us back on the road with minimal downtime. Thank you!
