They are good. Had a delivery here. They unloaded me quickly.
I really don't know where to start. Been doing business with STM since they opened and have had nothing but problems. We understand mistakes happen but not EVERY WEEK! You can NOT count on these guys to get you what you order and its just excuse after excuse. Have lost money and customers due to not getting what we ordered. They promise things are gonna change but they never do. 4-5 years we have been hanging in there in the hopes that it would get better but no...Still just a crapshoot. Nice people unloaded in an hour once I got my door can show up early but most likely, won't unload you till appointment time
Sadly when you are approached to do business, (as we were) you would think each and every tire store would be treated the same. However we have been doing business with Tire Mart for 11 months . The last 6 months we have had 4 orders either arrive incomplete or not at all. Today 1 of 4 tires ordered arrived ( despite showing 6 available online when the truck came) .
