Had the pleasure of working with Chris, she made the process of renting my unit extremely easy. The whole process literally took under 10 minutes. The $1 move in special, a great price on the unit and 7 days a week support sealed the deal. Definitely recommend.
This was definitely one of the most pleasant interactions with getting a storage unit I have had. The people working the phones were extremely nice and very good at getting directions and even let me tour the storage unit I was looking for. Was able to get into the storage unit the same day that I purchased!
The employee I talked to on the phone was very sweet, patient, and knowledgeable about the policies and practices! She was easy to understand and was able to help me get everything figured out less than an hour after applying for a unit!
The owner was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues I had with my storage unit, which I really appreciated. The facilities were always clean and well-maintained and felt very secure. The location was very convenient, making access easy when needed. I did run into an issue with climate control at one point, but it was addressed. As with any storage unit, it's always a good idea to raise items off the floor for added protection. Overall, I've been very satisfied and would recommend this facility. ** UPDATED **
The units are very affordable, the staff was nice and explained clearly every detail and charges. $1 sign on special, and I rented for 3 months for 50% off. Might not use the full 3 months but couldn't beat the price!
