The owner was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues I had with my storage unit, which I really appreciated. The facilities were always clean and well-maintained and felt very secure. The location was very convenient, making access easy when needed. I did run into an issue with climate control at one point, but it was addressed. As with any storage unit, it's always a good idea to raise items off the floor for added protection. Overall, I've been very satisfied and would recommend this facility. ** UPDATED **
Unfortunately I forgot to get the name of the wonderful lady that assisted me today (Monday August 25th) with my rental. She was super accommodating, thorough, and patient. I was renting a storage unit for my daughter, whom is a college student in Columbia, and she made the whole process so seamless. I was able to accomplish my goal in securing a storage locker very efficiently. The facility is secure and very clean.the management is wonderful. They work with you to the best of their ability to work out any problems that might arise. I currently have climate controlled storage unit. When I invested it was the best price. I am completely satisfied.
This storage facility is great. The reservation process on line was simple. Great location to Mizzou for temporary storage. Reasonable price. Easy entry into the facility. Drive right up to the outdoor unit. The units are in great condition and clean. Feels very secure! Definitely recommend it!
We are very pleased with Southside Storage. The rental process was very easy. The instructions for access and clear and understandable. The facility is clean. We appreciate the carts available to move items in and out.
