Super great experience renting a unit! Diana was great and walked me through all my options and the entire process. It was quick and easy to rent the unit and they ensured I had all needed info!
This storage facility is great. The reservation process on line was simple. Great location to Mizzou for temporary storage. Reasonable price. Easy entry into the facility. Drive right up to the outdoor unit. The units are in great condition and clean. Feels very secure! Definitely recommend it!
The process of acquiring a space was super easy and the team on the phone was very helpful! I have an indoor unit that was easy to find and the self check-in process was a breeze after acquiring my own lock! There are 2 carts and a dolly available for moving in, and a few parking spots available to park while moving in.
Very easy online rental setup, the facility is very clean, access codes for gate were delivered via email almost instantly. And the provided rolling carts are better than any other storage location I have used in the past (sometimes its the little things that make a place stand out ;-)
Easy to rent. Representative asked questions and recommended an appropriate size unit. Security is very good and I like having an indoor unit. Providing moving trolley a definite plus.
