Very easy to learn about their climate-controlled storage options on the phone. The individual I spoke with ("Jane") was highly professional and competent. I was able to get my application filled out and approved in a short time. Excellent experience! ~John Marshall.
Very helpful with all questions I had. Quickly gave me what was needed to look at units and suggestions to help get the storage unit that would best fit our needs. The location looked very clean and secure which gave me piece of mind knowing my items would be stored without worries.
Don't rent from here. They offer an insurance that you pay for and then try to lie and scam you out of it when their ill kept environment causes damages to your property. Krissy if you see this know that lawyers will be getting involved once all the documentation is found.
Very clean, and very easy process just make sure you call to set up your account. It is way easier to do it that way that online. Jules was super helpful and walk me through everything. Move in was easy.
