The process of acquiring a space was super easy and the team on the phone was very helpful! I have an indoor unit that was easy to find and the self check-in process was a breeze after acquiring my own lock! There are 2 carts and a dolly available for moving in, and a few parking spots available to park while moving in.
Easy to rent. Representative asked questions and recommended an appropriate size unit. Security is very good and I like having an indoor unit. Providing moving trolley a definite plus.
Very easy online rental setup, the facility is very clean, access codes for gate were delivered via email almost instantly. And the provided rolling carts are better than any other storage location I have used in the past (sometimes its the little things that make a place stand out ;-)
Absolutely love Southside Storage! Clean, safe and the staff are incredibly helpful. This is our second time renting and will not be our last. Highly recommend them!
Facility is clean and easy to access. We had an after hours question and I was able to call and receive help immediately. Great customer service!
