The owner was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues I had with my storage unit, which I really appreciated. The facilities were always clean and well-maintained and felt very secure. The location was very convenient, making access easy when needed. I did run into an issue with climate control at one point, but it was addressed. As with any storage unit, it's always a good idea to raise items off the floor for added protection. Overall, I've been very satisfied and would recommend this facility. ** UPDATED **
Unfortunately I forgot to get the name of the wonderful lady that assisted me today (Monday August 25th) with my rental. She was super accommodating, thorough, and patient. I was renting a storage unit for my daughter, whom is a college student in Columbia, and she made the whole process so seamless. I was able to accomplish my goal in securing a storage locker very efficiently. We have just finished the official rental of a climate controlled unit. The agent was very patient with us as we are not as technologically savvy as younger people as we went through all the steps to rent the unit. The facility seems to be clean ,which is nice, and well lighted.
The facility is secure and very clean.the management is wonderful. They work with you to the best of their ability to work out any problems that might arise. I currently have climate controlled storage unit. When I invested it was the best price. I am completely satisfied.
Super great experience renting a unit! Diana was great and walked me through all my options and the entire process. It was quick and easy to rent the unit and they ensured I had all needed info!
