Very easy online rental setup, the facility is very clean, access codes for gate were delivered via email almost instantly. And the provided rolling carts are better than any other storage location I have used in the past (sometimes its the little things that make a place stand out ;-)
I recently rented a unit at Southside Storage. As a first-time renter, I was a little unsure about the process but Chris was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and even called me when a new vacancy became available. I recommend to anyone looking for reliable storage as I found the facility to be conveniently located, clean, and secure.
Nice and new storage sheds, with motion lights so you never have to load or unload in the dark. Clean units , easily accessible, and friendly customer service. They make it easy to get a shed right away and always available in case you forget your gate code! Highly recommend.
I called to inquire about a unit and was helped by Chris. She was incredibly kind, patient and professional and that interaction sold me right away. Highly recommend using this place for storage! They have great customer service! Always very friendly and helpful. The units are all brand new and spacious.
