I love this clinic. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner, when I get there even the front desk staff is very nice. I feel like everyone at Southwest Care from the NA’s to the clinicians to the doctors really care. I am so happy with their care. Devon has really helped me a lot! He is awesome! He listens to my needs he addresses my issues and I am in a much better place. Thanks to him.
This place has gone so far downhill since 2023. It's like night and day. Rude, incompetent, dishonest staff. Unless you're looking for some kind of 'gender identity' affirmation, then avoid this place. It's a shame, because I really liked the doctor I saw there for a couple of years. But one day they were just suddenly gone, and I don't believe the Dr they assigned me to is interested in my care since it has nothing to do with any gender stuff. Provides Variety of Healthcare and Great Health Services. Staff and Providers are Great. Provides great wrap around service. Also has a Pharmacy on site, which is great especially when they have to coordinate with your provider, it makes everything so much easier and saves time. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT SW CARE!
Absolutely amazing Clinic! One stop shop, Dr. Labs, Pharmacy. They advocate for your care with the insurance carriers. Amazing staff. Anyone can go, but LGBTQ+ patients will feel welcomed and safe. Highly recommend SWC!
David and staff were their usual encouraging, supportive, and genuinely caring selves. David was great at listening to my concerns, reviewing my test results, and discussing a plan to produce better test outcomes by our next meeting. In general, the Southwest Care - Jefferson staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive.
