I’m rather introverted, due to social anxiety issues I got, but, I can say I am totally thankful for my experience at Southwest Care Jefferson 💖 Dr. Paul is very kind and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and provided insight into different possible conditions. He directed labs and referrals right away, on time sensitive matters. Oh my God, NICOLE!!!! Had to quickly find care based on my insurance changing. Southwest Care truly cares. The facility is well maintained. The staff is incredibly kind and thorough. Paul Rugira is kind, attentive, takes time to thoroughly listen...not just clock another patient/capitation fee. After visiting today I could relax a little and know I am in good hands as we discussed my health, my medications, and created a care plan rather than just a brief encounter and meds. I highly recommend.
I’ve been going to SWCC for a few years now, and everyone is absolutely delightful. The staff is so caring and supportive. They really work hard to ensure your overall health and wellbeing is taken care of. I have my PCP there, I see someone in the metabolic clinic, I see a therapist there and my prescriptions are filled at their pharmacy. It’s very LQBTQ+ friendly and very welcoming to all. I love being a patient with SWCC.
I have received loving compassionate care from Southwest Care, both the clinical side and the Pharmacy. Excellent facility and the staff , truly cares about the patients and the patients well being of: be it as simple as a “ Hi how are you doing?” Or “What can I do to make your day better?” I have ( and had for the past 4 years) a wonderful caring team of providers. Truly amazing people.
Been using this place for 7 years and it used to be amazing and I would recommend the place to any member of the trans community looking to start GAC but I can no longer do so in good faith. Over the last 3 years I've had all my issues and concerns brushed off, ignored, or been talked down to regarding the GAC I receive by my PCP as just being upset with my results or as symptoms of other issues I have.
