Front desk staff has always been respectful and uses pronouns accordingly! Dr. Saimons has been amazing for the few years I have been receiving care here, they are always ensuring that I am able to afford my medication and do not have to struggle with out of clinic pharmacies to get my insurance to cover my medication. I can't say enough great things about southwest care! Keep up the great work everybody 👏
Never have any availability. Why does the nurse call to triage you to be seen there. Then tell you there is no availability. What's the point for the nurse to call. Always tired of being told to go to urgent care. Then if you schedule any apps. They are booked out. They have put another pcps patients on a backlist after he left. They didn't even get another doctor and they had time to do so.
I'm actually truly concerned about the care my daughter is receiving here after 2 visits!!! When they were first seen here we were told that before beginning t treatment it was a lengthy process of counseling etc to make sure that this truly was in their best interest. Tonight my daughter told me that they are going to begin treatment and they are not requiring any kind of counseling or evaluations. They just turned 19 in April and my concerns are valid. This is an overdue review, but I am just not getting around to writing how horrible this place is. I took a family here a while back and they were seen by a provider who left the establishment. Long story short we kept getting calls nearly a year later asking if we wanted to reschedule with a new provider (no context for the call and the person who called was very rude). We had made it clear we did not want to return as staff does not seem to stick around, there is a lack of communication, and you speak to someone different ... read more
Melanie Fowler, FNP-BC, is a very caring and knowledgeable professional and has taken such a great care of my mother, restoring her heath stability after a long illness. I am so grateful to the clinic staff as well who is always curteous and the amazing pharmacy staff in helping patients with prompt service and clinical pharmacy consultations.
