I have been very satisfied with the service at Southwest Care. I've been a patient there for over 4 years now and it's always a great experience. I am seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, never rushed, all questions answered, and Dr Lopez makes me an active participant in my heath. I feel heard, and respected.
Tamara is a wonderful, professional and personable Primary Care Provider (PCP). She’s genuinely concerned, listens to my concerns, and “goes beyond the call of duty” to investigate , diagnose, and provide appropriate treatment. The Southwest Care - Jefferson staff is friendly, caring, and supportive. This facility and its team delivers quality medical and pharmaceutical care.
I really like this clinic. Everyone is friendly and it’s easy to schedule an appointment. I’m glad to have Melanie Fowler as my primary care physician. She’s a pleasure to chat about my health and be given advice from her.
