The entire staff here are phenomenal! I come here for primary care. Zoey and Ivan are especially talented and always remember my name. They are welcoming and have amazing energy. The pharmacy is fast and great to work with. Melanie is a fantastic and experienced provider! I highly recommend.
Been going here for over five years and like all practices they went through some turn over in past years so providers changed, but they have always maintained their quality of care. They now have a care of providers that I find skilled as well as compassionate. In particular Devin H and Tam are superb, and the newest providers seem to also be stepping into this same level of commitment. I'll be staying with this medical team as long as I can.
I have mixed feelings because the people at this clinic have been nice and very LGBTQ friendly, but I have found my PCP and just general care to be a hard to schedule on a regular basis. As a trans person doing GAC, I expected more of a direct line with my provider, but instead often get multiple nurses answering my queries. I love this clinic. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner, when I get there even the front desk staff is very nice. I feel like everyone at Southwest Care from the NA’s to the clinicians to the doctors really care. I am so happy with their care. Devon has really helped me a lot! He is awesome! He listens to my needs he addresses my issues and I am in a much better place. Thanks to him.
I have received loving compassionate care from Southwest Care, both the clinical side and the Pharmacy. Excellent facility and the staff , truly cares about the patients and the patients well being of: be it as simple as a “ Hi how are you doing?” Or “What can I do to make your day better?” I have ( and had for the past 4 years) a wonderful caring team of providers. Truly amazing people.
