The entire staff here are phenomenal! I come here for primary care. Zoey and Ivan are especially talented and always remember my name. They are welcoming and have amazing energy. The pharmacy is fast and great to work with. Melanie is a fantastic and experienced provider! I highly recommend.
I love this clinic. I can always get an appointment in a timely manner, when I get there even the front desk staff is very nice. I feel like everyone at Southwest Care from the NA’s to the clinicians to the doctors really care. I am so happy with their care. Devon has really helped me a lot! He is awesome! He listens to my needs he addresses my issues and I am in a much better place. Thanks to him.
Provides Variety of Healthcare and Great Health Services. Staff and Providers are Great. Provides great wrap around service. Also has a Pharmacy on site, which is great especially when they have to coordinate with your provider, it makes everything so much easier and saves time. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT SW CARE!
David and staff were their usual encouraging, supportive, and genuinely caring selves. David was great at listening to my concerns, reviewing my test results, and discussing a plan to produce better test outcomes by our next meeting. In general, the Southwest Care - Jefferson staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. Special kudos to nurse Linda who patiently worked with me to secure a long awaited medical appointment with a medical group outside of Southwest Care. Everyone from the receptionist to the PCP (Jerome March) to the pharmacist was so friendly and helpful and kind. I arrived to my 8:20 am appointment at 8:10 am, was taken back at 8:20, and was seen by the doctor at 8:30, had my prescription by 9:20 am. Great great great!
