Unfortunately, my experience at this clinic has been very disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to update my information and follow up, there was a clear lack of communication and follow-through from the staff. The front office was unhelpful and at times unprofessional, making me feel unwelcome as a new patient. I've since decided to switch providers to ensure my care is taken seriously. I wouldn’t recommend this clinic based on my experience.
I see Melanie there and she's amazing!! I cannot recommend their health care enough incredibly caring staff who have gone above and beyond for my many chronic health conditions. This staff has been listening to my issues and providing me with so much support for years. Also their pharmacy has been nothing but kind and helped me with my issues and challenging financial situation around securing my medications. I cannot recommend this facility enough to my friends and family.
We used to like this place, but it has completely changed. Over the past year, the competence and professionalism of the staff, the quality of care, have all degraded to a shocking and embarrassing degree. Unless you're wanting to 'transition' your gender, go somewhere else.
Don't bother with this place. Front desk has become rude, appointments 3 months out, after hours triage nurse doesn't gives messages to day triage. This place has gone down hill. Time to go elsewhere. Only good thing is the Pharmacy
Front desk staff has always been respectful and uses pronouns accordingly! Dr. Saimons has been amazing for the few years I have been receiving care here, they are always ensuring that I am able to afford my medication and do not have to struggle with out of clinic pharmacies to get my insurance to cover my medication. I can't say enough great things about southwest care! Keep up the great work everybody 👏
