My husband and I established care at SW Care this year. So far we have each had great experiences with our providers. We have been able to get same week appointments each time we call. We have been seen at our scheduled appointment time every time. No long waits. All of the staff is friendly and listens to your concerns. We both needed referrals and our providers were quick to take care of it. I recommended this place to all my friends.
I have always been able to get time my appointments, and the staff has been very friendly. The providers are very well knowledgeable and they take the time to talk to you and figure out what's going on with your body because we know what our bodies doing I may not know the medical reason but we know how it's reacting and they listen. I love and enjoy going to this hospital! You're accepted for who you are and you also get the care you need 🥰 all the doctors are attentive and care about what your going through. I have an autoimmune disease and my doctor hears me out and my concerns and does everything he can to help me. I also appreciate that I'm taken seriously. I feel that I can establish a really good relationship with my doctor. I highly recommend this hospital!
Had to quickly find care based on my insurance changing. Southwest Care truly cares. The facility is well maintained. The staff is incredibly kind and thorough. Paul Rugira is kind, attentive, takes time to thoroughly listen...not just clock another patient/capitation fee. After visiting today I could relax a little and know I am in good hands as we discussed my health, my medications, and created a care plan rather than just a brief encounter and meds. I highly recommend.
Wow 10/10 care. I'm from out of town but they took great care of me! Devion and his staff really impressed me today. I'm blown away. It's refreshing getting great service in this crazy world. Highly recommend. They actually care
