Great costumer service and view. Is a little place with everything that you need and extra nice people.
Check in was via remote person and don't like it. There was no privacy with remote person as all other persons were hearing the charges, kind of credit card I am using and room number with days etc out on speaker by the robot.
We enjoyed our stay at the Southwest Inn. David went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. The other staff provided dining recommendations and directions. We loved the hiking in Sedona!
