Great Updated Apartments I have lived at Southwest Pines for nearly a year. The staff is very courteous and professional. Anything that has needed repair (nothing too serious) have been fixed within 24 hours. I have a spacious 2br/2ba apartment with a nice balcony, large windows, and updated appliances. Very modern looking. It is gated, with security staffed at night. Basketball court and nice sized pool are on site, with plenty of parking so I have never had to park away from my building. Love it Great apartments. Newer, big, open floorplans. Tall ceilings, big kitchens and bathrooms. Also big closets. Gated and has security guard on weekends. Staff is nice and always helpful.
You Have To Check These Out In viewing this property I was very pleased with what I saw as well as the level of professionalism the staff had in showing me around and making sure I had all the information i needed to make a decision. And they are reasonably priced!
