Doctors are good. Billing department is horrible. Overpaid in May. Insurance called them in June was told check would be mailed in 30 days. It's now been almost 3 more months and still no check. They won't credit the CC used. We've called 6 times. Been promised a return call, never get one. Insurance sent demand letter, still nothing. Tomorrow reporting to ODI. Waiting months 5 months for reimbursement is unacceptable.

Doctors and nurses were amazing, and my procedure went as well as one can expect. This poor review is 100% for their “billing department.” Which isn’t actually called a billing department apparently. I keep receiving a bill or an x-ray that I NEVER had. They scheduled me for one, and obviously didn’t check my chart, because I was 7 months pregnant. So I never went in for the scheduled x-ray. Awesome, trusted , and thorough medical attention. Outstanding nursing staff and medical care. Dr. Gervasi is outstanding and at the top of his profession…. Love him!! Blessed to have found him when I was diagnosed with bladder cancer over 5 years ago!

Had a great experience with my procedure. Just be aware that the initial quote doesn't include the surgery center bill.

Have been a patient for many years at SouthWest Urology and have always had a positive experience. Highly recommend Dr. Martin Kosdrosky. He did my most recent surgery. Explained everything and made it easy to understand the procedure.
