Frances is among the kindest, most compassionate caregivers I've ever met. The patient advocacy and overall customer service she instills in her team is unrivaled. Anyone looking into hospice services for a loved one will find SWPCA to be the most personal, most dependable and most comforting option in Yuma.

I want to be honest right up front, I have worked for this company since September. We moved to Yuma in June and I was recruited as a volunteer for Hospice by one of their other volunteers. Shortly after beginning volunteer work I was hired. I have never worked for a hospice before and am amazed at the dedication the owner Francis and her medical staff have. They took care of my mother in the last months of her life, and all the nurses caretakers, ok just simply everyone in the office is AMAZING! They have been the biggest blessing in our life in the hardest time of our life's. They explained everything to us so wonderfully never left us in the dark. Was right there for us every step of the way even with the millions of questions I had for them.
