My experience here at Southwind Villas, has been nothing short but amazing! The staff is friendly, communicative, and are more than willing to help you with anything that arises. The maintaince team are timely, professional, and make sure the problem is solved in a heartbeat. The property is very well maintained and clean. The maintenance crew is super quick to help do repairs, even after hours. Never had to wait over a day before hearing back with a game plan or even seeing the repairs completed. The office staff is always happy to help and are super friendly. All in all I have been completely satisfied with everything here.

I loved Southwind. I’ve rented under several apartment management companies and CIP takes the gold. Corryn and Adam were always so communicative, maintenance was always quick and nice, and the landscaping was always maintained. My neighbors were great and my street was quiet. The move out process was easy and fair in my opinion. Not much else you could ask for.

Both the kitchen sink and the master bedroom tub drains were clogged. I called in the problem about 1pm, and when I got home from work at 5 they were both clean and working perfectly. Everything was left clean and in great condition. We really appreciate quick service!
