Where do I start? Spa ZenAura is an absolute gem. I had been to their West Chase location before and fell in love with it. I live closer to the Carrollwood area so I couldn't wait to go check it out. Wow, the ambiance was so serene, soft lighting and calming aromas that I was instantly relaxed. The prenatal massage was AMAZING!!! My therapist was lovely, always checked in about pressure, and making sure to focus on my pain areas (lower back and feet). The essential oils and scalp massage instantly put me to sleep. Showed up to my massage appointment that was book and confirmed through class pass and the establishment is closed without any notice or cancellation of my appointment. The door decal says they’re open until 8 and it’s currently 4:45? Called 4 times with no answer.
I love this location! It’s so hard to find a spa that is both warm and welcoming yet elegant and spotless but Spa ZenAura is absolutely that. From the moment you step inside there are so many personal touches that make you feel comfortable and allow you to be fully submerged in the experience. The staff is wonderful, Jerica is absolutely fantastic and truly listens and adapts her massage technique to what your needs are. Will definitely be making this my regular spa!

I have to scream THANK YOU to Justin - I have seen him every time I’ve gone over the last couple years , and he never disappoints . I walk out feeling like a brand new person. He is extremely attentive to every ache and pain, nook and cranny. I usually don’t budge and go in until almost can’t walk, and I leave standing upright. If you’re looking for a very therapeutic and attentive massage therapist- he is your guy! If I could give 10 stars I would.
