Huge improvement since the new owner took over. The yard has been cleaned up, the gates look updated, and cameras are being installed — it already feels more secure and more trustworthy overall. You can tell they’re investing in safety and taking pride in the property. It’s already better run than it was under the previous owners, and I’m looking forward to what they improve next.
