"Jaime?" Took excellent care of me. I rented a 5×5 for the best price in the area. You get a padlock with 3 keys inclusive. 24hr access and your key code for the gate.
Customer Service Was Excellent The First Time , Now It’s Horrible, You Say The First Month Is “Free” & Still Charge Me , If I Have To Pay The 30th Of The Month Then I Expect To Charged On The 30th Not The 6th . Then Called The Cops & even the Cops Agreed . Not To Mean The Cop Said It’s Sounds Like They Are Pre Charging. Once I Get My Stuff I’ll Never Do Business Here Again.

I absolutely detest being told one thing and the hearing another every time I take to someone there. Annie is nice, but everyone else don't have a clue to what they are doing. Such horrible customer service when you don't know what you are doIng!
To put it simply, this place is the best. Best rates in town, best customer service, best office manager who is always willing to help, and the complex itself is phenomenal!
