If it wasn’t for Jeff’s thoroughness we would have been woefully unprepared to address the mold we inherited in an investment purchase. Call Jeff Spanos if you want a quality and honest deliverable. I called multiple testing companies and some would not take the time to answer my questions. Jeff did. It is a very technical service he provides and a very specific workflow. You have to have competent and honest people working together in terms of testing and remediation work. Jeff is that.
I had Spanos Environmental out for two separate incidents and they could not possibly have been better! We didn't feel like we could trust our builder (for good reason!) and Jeff came with the right equipment - and data - that I needed. High quality, very knowledgeable, and at a reasonable price.
We were very pleased with Spanos Environmental. Jeff responded the next day, sent a comprehensive list of recommendations and a very detailed report on mold and moisture, beyond my level of knowledge.
