Even though the pharmacy couldn't fill the prescription due to the ADHD medication shortage, after paying $250 they wanted me to pay another $120 just so they could change it to another medication. This review is not related to the doctors it is related only to the office administration policy of being able to pay via credit card over the phone. My adult son whom has mild TBI, I pay for his copays always. Spark- wellness group has this ridiculous policy of sending guarantee approval for me to PAY THE COPAY so my son had to fill that out then they send me one and i have to fill out send copy of my license etc.. so I did all this ....
