Amy Moran and Nicole Batey are the absolute best! I’ve dealt with 2 other psychiatry practices before coming to this one, and I can honestly say spark wellness group is top-notch. From the office staff, to their communication, to the practitioners, everything has been seamless. I highly recommend for anyone to join this practice. You won’t be disappointed.
I love Spark Wellness Group. I got connected with an amazing psychiatrist by the name of Marie Del Rio. I have no intentions on seeing any other psychiatrist after working with her over the last few months. She’s kind, professional, and can be very funny. Great experience so far! My therapist asks great questions, is warm and I feel comfortable being open with her. Getting an appointment was easy to navigate. I am genuinely relieved that a friend recommended Spark Wellness to me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I got in a car accident and obviously had to cancel my appointment. Yes it was same day, but obviously that was an emergency. They said they would not charge me but yet told me I could not make another appointment unless I paid 100.00 up front?? First of all, I met my deductible and out of pocket maximum. So my insurance pays for everything. Christine is amazing! She is so warm and compassionate, taking her time to really listen to my struggles and history. She is very cautious about making sure to provide the best medication at the lowest dose first before increasing. She is very diligent about about making sure she checks my messages and concerns are addressed promptly. I will definitely continue to meet with her!
