I have waited a week to post this review, I have heard nothing from James about clearing up Sparkle Buggy short comings on our inside/outside full detail on April 10, 2025. I have about 6 vehicles detailed per year so I have a reasonable expectation on the results for a $439 detail. They were onsite just over two hours (two technicians). When they asked for a review of their work I pointed out several areas that required additional work. Great communication and great service. Our 13 year old car was pretty filthy before but looks great inside and out. The technician, Ronald, did a great job and was very detail-oriented. He was here for about 4 hours making our Prius sparkle. Highly recommend.
Most appreciative of a job well performed. My 2006 Chrysler Crossfire was left in showroom condition. Sparklebuggy (in Carmel, IN) arrived at my house on time and was finished with an exterior detail in ninety minutes. I'll definitely use them again. If you do elect to have them detail your car, please let them know you read my review.
The sparkle buggy crew did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I’ve been needing my car detailed for quite some time due to my 2 German Shepherds along with my salty French fry habit. It doesn’t look like there’s ever been a dog in my car and any crumb I’ve ever left in the seat crevices or cup holder is non existent. I am super thankful for their work, attitudes, and “good-human” energy. I absolutely will be coming back to them for their services!
This was a fantastic experience start to finish! James was very helpful over the phone and gave me pricing details for my car right upfront along with a great description of all the work that they do that their competitors don’t (polish, engine cleaning), it made my decision to choose them very easy!
