I have waited a week to post this review, I have heard nothing from James about clearing up Sparkle Buggy short comings on our inside/outside full detail on April 10, 2025. I have about 6 vehicles detailed per year so I have a reasonable expectation on the results for a $439 detail. They were onsite just over two hours (two technicians). When they asked for a review of their work I pointed out several areas that required additional work. Great communication and great service. Our 13 year old car was pretty filthy before but looks great inside and out. The technician, Ronald, did a great job and was very detail-oriented. He was here for about 4 hours making our Prius sparkle. Highly recommend.

This was a fantastic experience start to finish! James was very helpful over the phone and gave me pricing details for my car right upfront along with a great description of all the work that they do that their competitors don’t (polish, engine cleaning), it made my decision to choose them very easy! The three guys who came to help clean my car were friendly, professional and very thorough! My 2014 Mazda 6 looks brand new. We purchased a 20 year old vehicle with 130,000 hard miles on it - mechanically and aesthetically - for my nephew ( Godson). Before presenting the auto to my nephew we wanted to clean it up a bit, however our personal time and effort showed little benefit. We decided to try a professional service. I was very happy with my experience using Sparkle Buggy Detail! They fit me in the same day I called and came to my house to do the work which was super convenient since I was home from work that day. I had them detail the interior of my car and they did an excellent job. They were even able to remove a large tough stain on one of my seat belts in the back seat! The interior of my car looks practically brand new! Definitely going to use them again!
