Spartanburg climate storage center is wonderful! Angela was so professional and helpful when I needed a second storage unit. The facility is very clean and units are easily accessible. I would highly recommend this facility. The cost, location and staff are all top notch. Thank you!
The facility is conveniently located and provides reasonably convenient access to loading and unloading. However, the rent on my unit has increased almost yearly since my initial lease. The upcoming months rent will be nearly double the initial payment. I am presently exploring and researching other facilities and rates.
Angela is wonderful. She has helped me several times. With different situations concerning my account. She calmly talked me through it, helping me anyway she could. After every phone call I felt at ease knowing that the situation was fixed and everything was going to be ok. Hearing her voice on the other end automatically reassures everything is ok.
Ailene was super helpful with getting me a storage unit in no time ! She was patient and respectful during my time of trying to figure out which unit size I was looking for to fit my budget! Highly recommend to ask for Ailene she is the best ! Thank you!
