They replaced the entire master shower after the original installers messed up 100% free of charge. Most companies would leave you hanging for bad or shoddy work. Really awesome of them to fix the issue and they did a wonderful job. Very pleased with the quality of work and willing to fix the original problem with an entirely new shower install.
Absolutely loved working with this company. Britni Baker was so great to work with, brainstorming ideas, and showing me examples. She was fast to respond to all my questions and even quicker to get me on the schedule! The guys came on time, they were quick, efficient, cleaned up, you couldn’t even tell I had work done in my house. The back splash came out beautifully. I could be more pleased.
We are absolutely THRILLED with our new carpet! Britani was well informed when she helped me choose a carpet best suited for our needs. We chose the LONDON FOG in a lower pile. The guys removed our old, ugly carpet, cleaned the subfloor, and moved our furniture for us. If I could give zero stars I would! Special effects has been nothing but a total nightmare to deal with both during the building process of our house and with issues following the build. First off, the incorrect tile was installed for our master walk in tile shower. This was a mistake on the girl that wrote down our selection’s part.
