My ex husband just took possession of a a “Rent ready” home in Oklahoma City. This home is in deplorable condition. It has not been cleaned even though they said it had been cleaned. There was no repaint and the walls look terrible. There is food in the refrigerator from the prior tenant and the refrigerator smells awful. The oven is filthy.
