They installed a pool for me and EVERYTHING went wrong. Plaster had to be redone, the concrete looks terrible, heater leaked (a bent heat exchanger - makes me think it wasn't a new unit), etc. It took a full year for them to finally get things right. They tried to overcharge me numerous times and by the end, they were hostile. Do not use them.
