We were looking for an early breakfast place (why aren't places in this city opened before 7AM?!) and stumbled on this one opened at 6AM. My wife and I had a tour bus to catch so we each grabbed two muffins to go. All four were dry and a little stale but the flavors were good enough. We didn't go back but the menu was big with lots of other things so maybe it was just a bad day for the muffins!
This is my go-to spot when I need something quick, reliable, and good. It took me a few trips to get my order down, but I've decided on the Turkey Cranberry on Focaccia. I always think about changing up my order or tweaking the ingredients slightly, but I don't want to ruin a good thing. Quick, reliable, and good is all I'm looking for on some days.
No long and wordy review needed here. This place has some of the best cookies around. The flavors are pretty basic, chocolate chip, peanut butter, etc. That is fine though because they are consistently delicious.
Specialty's always makes me look like a rockstar when my team suddenly decides they need to order lunch in for a huge group with almost no notice. The online ordering is so efficient, and the staff are always speedy and helpful!
Sausage egg and cheese sandwich is awesome if you like a lot of grease in the morning. I do. Good BLT. VERY good cookies.
