Took it in on Friday morning said it should be finished up that day. I had to call THEM to find out about my truck. Which they said it would be done that night or the next morning. Never received any info on when or what was wrong with it so I assumed they had just been fixing the brake lines like I requested. They looked at my car I told them what was wrong when I called and when I got there. After the quote I said I don't have that much money. The reason I drove all the way over with a Seized brake they said something about making payments. Well that website didn't work. I would have never gone over to have them tell me what I already knew. I had to pay my last 60.00 for what???? Dirty business! Had a trying week, illness in the family, brakes were shot. Trying to figure out how to handle both issues in one day. Called they made me a priority. Took my car in they got me up and running in no time. Excellent service, everyone was nice. I will be going back for other services.
I had a Saturday appointment scheduled for noon. When I showed up no one was there. I was a little early so I drove around for a few minutes and went back. This time there was someone outside who said "none of my employees are here and the doors are locked" he offered me a remote oil change for Monday at no additional charge.
