Had my first appointment with Dr. Barnhill, for a checkup on my knee condition. After X-rays, Dr. Barnhill explained my condition and said we would make whatever future treatment decisions together. Good news, for now, I'm good to go for another few. Dr. Barnhill is very thorough and direct. I recommend highly. Should add, he's very tall.
Context of this review, I went in for a second opinion. Dr. Barnhill was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, thorough, genuinely concerned (eye contact), was not in a hurry, answered all of my questions. and when wrapping the consultation said, "I will take care of you". I would highly recommend scheduling a second opinion for your future hip replacement. I have been seeing Dr Barnhill for months now. He is seeing me because of a knee replacement that has not healed well. He is kind, caring and answers all questions. He was not the doctor who did the surgery but has taken me on as a specialist. Medicine is not what it used to be, but this man was definitely brought up right and cares about people. I am so fortunate to have been referred to him.
Met with Dr. Barnhill for the first time post knee revision by Dr. Minas. Was very friendly, knowledgeable, with direct eye contact and took the time to answer all of my questions. I feel that he will be a tremendous asset to the Paley Institute. Should I have further orthopedic needs, I would not hesitate to have Dr. Barnhilli as my physician.
Dr. Barnhill took alot of time with me, even though I was just there for a followup. I had almost no waiting to see the doctor after having xrays and standard blood pressure tests. I think he is a great asset to Paley and appears to be patient and kind. I would recommend him.
