The front staff was very welcoming and polite from check to check out. I truly appreciated the proficiency of the assistant took my ex rays and seated me. She was patient while being efficient. I honestly enjoyed my conversation with both providers; my hygienist and Doctor. Going from a predominately a pedo practice to incorporating Adult patients has to be challenging and I’m happy this office rose to the occasion. Thank uou
TLDR: definitely not for anyone in a hurry, or for anyone who cares about their personal experience. If you don't care if you're in an assembly line of cleaning chairs with no privacy or barriers between patients and if you have an entire day to burn waiting around for simple procedures, for which you have no interest in understanding because no one will talk to you and their idea of being "seen" by a dentist is that a dentist literally physically sees you with his eyes and then walks away... it will suffice. 5-STAR Very clean office. I felt comfortable from the first call to schedule my appointment all through to check out after visit. Staff is very professional, very knowledgeable and able to explain things so I could understand! This was huge to me! I left feeling confident about my treatment plan. Ive had the BEST experience with this dental office. First, they provide the EASIEST way to set an appointment- no calls needed- just book online!! Then after booking, they email you a link to fill out a form (new patient) to speed up registration process, instead of filling it out in person. When we arrived, we just gave them our name and THAT'S IT. Few minutes later, we were seen. The patient was my 3 year old - they made her first experience a good one as they were kind and gentle. Where do I begin...? First off scheduling appointments aren't taken lightly in my situation because I don't have my own transportation to my children's appointments. I cannot just drive over any time the Portsmouth office reschedules, cancels appointments, this has happened to three times since my kids have been seen here in May.
