This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. Highly do not recommend and will be finding a cleaner more sanitary dentist. 1. The person who took me back was rushing and then simply just left me in an exam room without saying who was gonna see me or how long it would be. 2. When they came back and asked me a few questions, they left the door open so the person in the room across could clearly hear what was going on. 3. There was a dirty used needle on the floor 4. Very unprofessional. We were told when we made the appointment that same day treatment would be completed. We arrived 15 minutes before her appointment to fill out the paperwork and give the insurance information. All that was taken care over. Waited for about a hour the receptionist called us up and informed us to called our insurance company because they could not verify it. Absolutely amazing gentle nurse the doctor was amazing and environment was clean front desk ladies were respectful my son absolutely enjoyed his visit.
My experience was Great! The Dentist was very gentle with my extractions. The Assistant Shawn was very friendly and caring. The front desk Yolanda was also awesome. Thanks again to the Portsmouth crew...best dental experience that I can recall!
I am very happy with Spencer Dental. I needed a tooth pulled. They are providers for my dental coverage. I stopped by to speak with them about my dental needs. They checked my insurance, made me an appointment, and Dr Boice was excellent. No problems. I highly recommend this office. I went to the office on Victory Blvd in Portsmouth, VA.
