Overall the treatment plan was great and worked! Took a little longer than expected but it worked! Wait time wasn’t bad today. Honestly I can’t say I’ve had really long wait times for this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, there is a problem with my personal information being leaked from this location. Had scam calls set appointment times. I informed the office. Haven’t had a problem since.
I normally have a great experience at the Southside Plaza location, so I really don't have any complaints. I do have a suggestion that the staff communicate better when it comes to verifying information per each insurance company. I drove 2 hours away for an appointment just to be told that my insurance would not cover a needed service when I verified from a different staff member prior to making the appointment. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My cleaning appointment was canceled once before. When I came back for the rescheduled appointment, I waited almost 3 hours, only to be told it was canceled again and moved to another week. I explained that I was in pain and needed care, and one of the staff members responded in a very dismissive way, basically saying it didn’t matter. That was shocking and very disrespectful. I am so pleased with Dr Hoang's approach and touch. She lets you know exactly what to expect and I have never been more comfortable at a dentist. I have been going there over a year now and everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
I’m giving zero stars! But would only allow me to give one. My experience with your practice was excruciating, unkind And unprofessional. The only exception was one dental assistant at the Southside Plaza location, who actually showed some semblance of empathy. I came in on Tuesday 12/16 in terrible pain. The dentist confirmed I had a cracked filling, but was unable to do anything until 12/31!
