I normally have a great experience at the Southside Plaza location, so I really don't have any complaints. I do have a suggestion that the staff communicate better when it comes to verifying information per each insurance company. I drove 2 hours away for an appointment just to be told that my insurance would not cover a needed service when I verified from a different staff member prior to making the appointment. Dr. Reyna G and her team are amazing! Her assistant Osma worked very hard alongside Dr. G and was very kind to my son as he is hearing impaired with special needs. Monica and Darren are 2 other team members who worked very hard, especially on a Saturday! Thank you all for your professionalism, dedication and taking such good care of my son!
I’m giving zero stars! But would only allow me to give one. My experience with your practice was excruciating, unkind And unprofessional. The only exception was one dental assistant at the Southside Plaza location, who actually showed some semblance of empathy. I came in on Tuesday 12/16 in terrible pain. The dentist confirmed I had a cracked filling, but was unable to do anything until 12/31! Had to get extraction yesterday. They understood my anxiety and have high blood pressure. Made it so comfortable and relaxing, didn't notice the numbness and procedure was simple and done.
Very nice communication good and it didn’t take long. Staff was excellent and the office was very inviting. Me and my son had a good experience here and we will be returning. Thank you
