I normally have a great experience at the Southside Plaza location, so I really don't have any complaints. I do have a suggestion that the staff communicate better when it comes to verifying information per each insurance company. I drove 2 hours away for an appointment just to be told that my insurance would not cover a needed service when I verified from a different staff member prior to making the appointment. I am so pleased with Dr Hoang's approach and touch. She lets you know exactly what to expect and I have never been more comfortable at a dentist. I have been going there over a year now and everyone is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
I’m giving zero stars! But would only allow me to give one. My experience with your practice was excruciating, unkind And unprofessional. The only exception was one dental assistant at the Southside Plaza location, who actually showed some semblance of empathy. I came in on Tuesday 12/16 in terrible pain. The dentist confirmed I had a cracked filling, but was unable to do anything until 12/31! Dr. Reyna G and her team are amazing! Her assistant Osma worked very hard alongside Dr. G and was very kind to my son as he is hearing impaired with special needs. Monica and Darren are 2 other team members who worked very hard, especially on a Saturday! Thank you all for your professionalism, dedication and taking such good care of my son!
Had to get extraction yesterday. They understood my anxiety and have high blood pressure. Made it so comfortable and relaxing, didn't notice the numbness and procedure was simple and done.
