"Buyer Beware" Recently had them upgrade my electrical service. The work done was typical and just to code, Nothing More!!!! Workmanship and pride of work is lacking. Total mis communication between owner and his employees doing the work. Owner agreed to install new service and power up but not remove existing service. I was without electricity for 3 weeks until power company decided to come out and connect power to new service. Contracts need to be spelled out word for word. I just had Spera Electric come in to do some light swaps and install new smoke detectors for us. Chris did a great job with the work. He was on time, professional and diligent! Also, Coleen at the office is super nice!
Joe and his guys replaced our 15 year old stand-by generator which had literally self destructed. I always like to deal local businesses, they have competitive prices, great customer service and communication. Highly recommended

Very satisfied with the purchase and installation of my Generac whole house generator. Spera kept me well informed through the whole process and handled the permits and inspections by the Township. Price was right and I would recommend using them for anyone purchasing a generator.
