I went through the trouble to return a pair of high heels as they did not fit my girlfriend. I was refused a refund because of a policy they have in the fine print that items returned in original box will not be refunded. I highly recommend that they reconsider this policy because it leaves their clients feeling cheated. Consider deducting the price of the box from the refund instead of a complete refusal.
Always have great deals and great quality undergarments and lingeries. I typically buy 5+ of the varietys to get the free lingerie because they are the key to my spicy marriage
