I went through the trouble to return a pair of high heels as they did not fit my girlfriend. I was refused a refund because of a policy they have in the fine print that items returned in original box will not be refunded. I highly recommend that they reconsider this policy because it leaves their clients feeling cheated. Consider deducting the price of the box from the refund instead of a complete refusal.
I called because I forgot to to send my return back in time. The rep I spoke with was kind & agreed to credit my original form of payment. Then he helped me apply a discount to a previous returned order that I exchanged. All the while being very polite & courteous and great service A+ to them.
