I ordered at the beginning of the month, 3 weeks before a specific event, even paid for priority shipping and the item was not shipped out until the day before I needed it so I didn’t get it in time. When I called about the issue it was just like, “oh well, it’s how we ship.”
The quality of the products is fantastic, they keep up with trends, and have the best rewards system. I have not bought lingerie from anywhere else since getting hooked on Spicy, I could not recommend their products ENOUGH.
