I went through the trouble to return a pair of high heels as they did not fit my girlfriend. I was refused a refund because of a policy they have in the fine print that items returned in original box will not be refunded. I highly recommend that they reconsider this policy because it leaves their clients feeling cheated. Consider deducting the price of the box from the refund instead of a complete refusal.

I love the choices of the fabric and styles! Fabric needs to ‘feel’ soft and super bouncy and comforting! Better choices cost more for sure but, given what I received I'm so satisfied. Well The Rewards program is a 🎁 gift.
