As Tyra Banks famously said on America's Next Top Model Cycle 3 Episode 2: "It's so bad I want to give you a zero, but that’s not possible... so I give you a one." This storage facility rents to homeless people who lives out of their unit. Front gate for over 9 months never work so anyone could just walk into the storage area. I never felt safe going there alone cause I was always approached but the people living there to buy something in their units. Garbage everywhere, spoiled food, having to step over puke to get to your units, people sleeping in cars. Its absolutely a dive and the owners know it and dont care. Don't rent here its a absolutely nightmare and so UNSAFE.

This used to be zips mini Storage, and the management was excellent. It has since changed hands and I've had the storage unit for over 4 years. I got behind on some payments but I worked diligently with the management to come up with a $200 a month and have phone records showing the amount of times that I have called them and worked with them to the point of deleting all of my savings and selling all of my stocks so I could make the payment plan. Unprofessional. Possibly a scam?! I went to the physical site, and there was no office. Area was sketchy, but my sister really wanted a unit here. The person I spoke to, claimed to b the owner but didn't know what he was doing. Against my better judgemental, I allowed them to process my card information for a storage unit BEFORE signing an agreement, which was also sketchy. Can't ever get a hold of anyone. You can't move out because their's no one to talk to. You have to cancel your credit card to stop them from taking money.
