I’ve received exceptional support at Spooner Ocotillo. From the staff who greet you on arrival to the therapists I’ve worked.with. Brianna LaBella has been exceptionally good with me addressing my Parkinson’s issues and helping me deal with this progressive disease. I feel that I can deal much better with the future challenges I will face having been through this program at Spooner’s.
I thought the evaluation and first session was really good but, when I went for the third time, I felt rushed with therapist and spent maybe 10 minutes with me and was talking to someone else during the treatment. Had no idea what she was doing? Working in the physical therapy department for other facilities in the past, I think they should offer heat and ultrasound etc. It Didn’t seem like they had a lot of options to use . . Abrupt ending. I have had PT services five times so far at Spooners and have always had very good results to my issues. My PT Austin was very knowledgeable and provided the improvement I was hoping for with the exercises suggested. I will definitely go back until I complete my required amount and would recommend Spooners to any one needing PT to help their situation.

My care has been outstanding. The front desk staff have been kind and efficient both in person and over the phone scheduling appointments, all of the assistants I’ve met have been friendly and helpful, and my physical therapist is Austin and he is the best! I appreciate how they make you feel safe, comfortable, and truly care about you as a person and helping you achieve your goals to get back your quality of life. I feel like I’m in great hands. I highly recommend Spooner Physical Therapy.
