This is the first time that I've had PT and was not sure what to expect. The front desk is so friendly and my therapist, Austin is great. He listened to what I had been experiencing and went over all my medical paperwork and helped me feel at ease. I had some unexpected issues with some visits and he immediately pivoted and addressed those and I was able to successfully do my therapy. Cayla is absolutely wonderful! She and the rest of the team is so knowledgeable, patient and so kind. She is working with my 89 year old dad who is recovering from a car accident and we are seeing results even after a few visits. I highly recommend Cayla and Spooner PT. Everyone is so kind there.
Everyone at Spooner Ocotillo has been great. My therapist, Will, is fantastic! He is friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging. Josh, Lucas and Keagan are also a great help and good to work with. Front desk staff friendly and welcoming. The location is busy but you never feel rushed or like just another patient. I would recommend Spooner Ocotillo to everyone needing physical therapy for any reason.
The physical therapists at Spooner are excellent. I have made steady, good progress with their professional help. My personal therapist, Cayla, has been kind, helpful, and excellent at improving my strength and mobility in my leg that had a broken femur. I highly recommend Spooner as an excellent place to receive physical therapy help.
Have been working with Will and Jessica and Lucas as well as other PT assistants post knee replacement. All very knowledgeable and patient. Can’t really say it’s fun but I am seeing significant improvement. Very well run place . Front staff are helpful and very pleasant. Great location with ample parking.
